11.1 No Sponsorship or Endorsement

GGinTips is an independent platform and is not sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with any of the games featured on the platform. The platform does not hold any contracts, partnerships, or agreements with the developers or publishers of the games. Any references to games are solely for informational.

12. Copyright and License

By publishing content, you grant GGinTips a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display your videos on the platform and related promotional channels.

You retain all copyright ownership of the content you create.

13. Third-Party Content and External Platforms

The Service may allow embedding or linking content from external services (YouTube, Twitch, etc.). You agree to comply with the terms of these platforms. GGinTips does not control or assume responsibility for them.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee continuous operation or specific results.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
